Tommy worked both Saturday and Sunday, so I spent most of the weekend cleaning. I started with our bedroom..and Sunday I moved on to the bedroom that I've ignored for so long. It's no where near finished, but I can see progress. I shredded old debit cards and outdated insurance information. I cleaned out the fridge and made a grocery list.
New flats.

Gorgeous throws from Pottery Barn, on sale for $50 down from $80. I'm trying to get some color in our master bedroom, and since the walls are a neutral color and the furniture black, I'm going with chartreuse and slate blues.. I couldn't decide if I wanted the blue or green throw here..so I left without either one. I am looking for the right fabric to DIY curtains for the room..so I will wait until I see what will go best with those.

Ribs and grilled corn. Oh, plus fried okra. Dinner. YUM.

Colorful tea towels, to wrap a housewarming gift for a sweet friend. And a fall table setting.. the "B" on that is brown, though it shows up black.

Foo's sweet tea...yum.

We're fastly approaching year-end at work so my days are going by more quickly. I can't complain..but it's almost October. Time for mums and pumpkins!
